About Local Japanese Classes(Nihongo Kyoshitsu)
Nihongo Kyoshitsu carried out by your municipality, your local international exchange association, and volunteer organizations can usually be taken for free or for a low price. Classes are normally held once or twice per week at public facilities or empty classrooms at schools. Many classes are operated with the cooperation of local volunteer staff, so participants can interact with local residents while learning Japanese, and obtain useful information for daily life. The classes take various formats. Some are geared towards adults, others are for children, and yet others are for parental guardians and their children. Classes are also available as group lessons or one on one.
