TMC Navi is a hotline for foreign residents who need assistance while living in Tokyo. Phone consultations are available in various languages. During the consultation, we can provide helpful information, as well as recommend other, more specialized helplines. We also provide interpretation support with public institutions.

Foreign residents living in Tokyo can consult about their "status of residence" and "period of stay" in various languages. If you would like to consult an advisor, please make the reservation at least one week in advance.
