Plain Japanese

Plain Japanese is a version of Japanese that is designed to be easier to understand for a wider range of individuals, including foreign residents, children, senior citizens, and people with disabilities.
In order to further spread the use of Plain Japanese, the Public interest incorporated foundation Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation “TSUNAGARI” carries out activities to introduce hints and helpful tools for Plain Japanese, seminars, and surveys.
