"Hello Work" is a consultation service for people looking for work that is operated by the national government.
Anyone can use it with free of charge.
Registration is required to be referred for jobs from Hello Work.
There are 17 “Hello Work” offices in Tokyo.
You can consult at any “Hello Work.”

Job search helpdesks for foreigners

There are two counseling service helpdesks for foreigners looking for work in Tokyo.
In addition to job searches, you can also consult about your status of residence.
Tokyo Employment Service Center for Foreigners (Japanese, English, and Chinese)
Counseling is available for international students who want to work in Japan after graduation, and for those who have a status of residence that allows only limited jobs.

Shinjuku Foreigners’ Employment Assistance and Guidance Center (Japanese, English, and Chinese)
Consultation is available for those who have a status of residence with no restriction for work, and for international students who want to work part-time.
