Almost all convenience stores offer the TA-Q-BiN or Yu-Pack services.
Also, you can send your package from any of the following locations.

Hikyaku Courier | From any Sagawa Express shop |

How to fill out the shipping label
Attach the "Okurijo (shipping label)" to the package for shipping.
If you have the courier come to your home to pick up the package, get the document from them.
When you take your package to a convenience store, a home delivery courier company shop, or the post office, you will be given a shipping label.

Enter the following information into the shipping label.
- Otodokesaki (Delivery address): Name and address for delivery of the package
- Goirainushi (Sender): Name and address of the sender
- Hinmei (Contents): The contents of the package
Tell them the date and time to deliver the package, if you have preferences.
Also, tell the courier the following in advance.
- The receiver will pay the package shipping costs.
You will receive a shipping label with "Chakubarai (Cash on delivery)" written on the document. Use that. - Sending two or more packages to the same address
You will receive a shipping label with "Fukusuguchi (multiple packages)" written on the label. Use that.
When you use a shipping label for multiple packages, the shipping costs will be slightly cheaper.
Pay the fees
Shipping costs will be decided as described below.
- Packages size (the sum of length, width and height) and weight.
- From where to where the packages are being shipped.
Receive a copy of the shipping label when you pay the fee. Receive the paper used as the seal for sending the package.
Tracking the package
You can track the package on the homepage of the courier to know where the package is. Simply enter the tracking number on the shipping label. It's very easy.
Other services
There are a variety of services offered by couriers.
- Shipping food refrigerated.
- You can ship golf bags, skis, and snow board.
- You can ship suitcases.
See the courier's homepage for details.
Receiving the package
Signing to receive the package
Sign for the package when it has been delivered by the courier. Sometimes, you can sign on a screen of a smartphone.
When the package could not received
If no one to receive the package is at home when it is delivered, the courier will place a slip of paper called a "Fuzairenrakuhyo (Attempted Delivery Notice)" in your mailbox. Contact the courier when you find that notice.

- If the notice has a QR code
Scan the QR code using your smartphone. This will direct you to the courier's homepage. Enter the number on the notice and register the date and time for them to deliver the package again. - If the notice has an automated reception telephone number
A recorded voice will speak when you dial that number. Follow the directions of the automated answering machine to enter the number on the notice and register the date and time for them to deliver the package again. - If the notice has a number to call the driver directly
This will allow you to call the driver of the courier who tried to deliver the package directly. Tell them when you would like them to deliver the package again.
This is the telephone number for people to contact in English.
