The "Let's communicate in Plain Japanese!" series of videos were made with the cooperation of Sumida City residents, as well as that of foreign residents. The message of these videos is that if you see a foreigner living in your town, why don't you speak to them in Japanese first? Using Plain Japanese, communication within the town will become even more vibrant.
