About the International Association

Itabashi Culture and International Exchange Foundation's aim is to support creating regional culture and promote international understanding in Itabashi City by promoting development of culture and arts for the residents in the city and multicultural society, which helps to create a town with a cultural atmosphere.
Its secretariat consists of and works as the Cultural Section and the International Exchange Section. The International Exchange Section works to promote international exchange and cooperation lead by the residents in the city, and to improve support for foreign residents.
