About the International Association

The Chuo Cultural and International Exchange Association was established in 1991. Its aim is to make "our town" Chuo City rich in humanity, hospitality, enjoyment, and pride, a city open to the world through voluntary, unrestricted, and vigorous cultural activities and international exchanges by City residents. The Association operates programs in the culture advancement field and the international exchange promotion field.
