The City office is about a seven-minute walk from the North exit of "Kumegawa Station." To get to this station, change trains at JR Yamanote Line "Takadanobaba Station" to the Seibu-Shinjuku Line. It takes about half an hour by semi express or express train.

It also can be reached by about a twelve-minute walk from the East exit of "Higashi-Murayama Station" on the JR Chuo Line and the Seibu Kokubunji Line. The Association is located within walking distance from "Kumegawa Station" as well as "Higashimurayama Station."
