【Saturday, January 24th】Free Disaster Prevention Experience Tour for Foreign Residents at IKEBUKURO BOSAIKAN

Greetings from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Citizens and Cultural Affairs.
 
We are pleased to inform you to join our "Disaster Preparedness Experience Tour for Foreign Residents" at the Ikebukuro Life Safety Learning Center. This program is open to all foreign residents, workers, and students in Tokyo, and aims to help participants learn essential disaster safety skills through hands-on activities. The tour will have English, Chinese, Korean, and Myanmar interpreters.

    Saturday, January 24th, 2026
    ①AM    9 : 10am  - 11 : 00pm (Registration starts at   8 : 50am~)
    ②PM   12 : 50pm -   2 : 40pm (Registration starts at 12 : 30pm~)

    ※Application: by Sunday, January 18th

 

 

  • Who can join:
    ・Languages: English, Chinese, Thai, and Ukrainian
    ・Eligibility: Foreigners who live, work and study in Tokyo (Up to 3 persons per group)
    ・Age: Must be 10 and older. (Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian)

 

  • Capacity:
    120 people
    20 participants per group (3 groups per session) × 2 sessions
    *Interpreters will be present for each group.
    *Group assignments may change depending on registration status.
    *If applications exceed capacity, a lottery will be held.
