The Tokyo Fire Department has worked with students from Machida Design College to create posters that inform you of ways to stop furniture falling down when an earthquake hits.

<Ways to stop furniture moving>

①Fasten with metal fittings

②Keep in place with a tension rod

③Stick adhesive sheets (sheets that make sure furniture doesn't move) below televisions and microwaves

④Fasten with a chain
