To those who don't have a COVID-19 vaccination coupon.

This is an announcement from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government regarding COVID-19 vaccination.

You need a vaccination coupon to get COVID-19 vaccination shot.

If you have any problem as bellow cases ①～③,　please contact the ward, city, town or village office where you live and receive your vaccination coupon.

  1. Those who lost the vaccination coupon
    Those who threw away the vaccination coupon
  2. Persons on provisional release
  3. Short-term visitors (e.g. tourists) who have been in Japan for more than 3 months because of the difficulty to return to own country.
