  • NHK Shibuya Friendship Theater Vaccination Center (for 1st dose administration)
    • Address:
      Jinnan 2-1, Shibuya City

    • Hours:
      12:00 (noon) to 7:00 p.m.

  • Gyoko-chika Vaccination Center (for 1st dose administration)　
    • Address:
      Marunouchi 2-4-1, Chiyoda City (Tokyo Station Underground Passage)

    • Hours:
      12:00 (noon) to 8:00 p.m.

  • Tokyo Dome Vaccination Center (for 1st dose administration between Nov. 15-18, 2021)
    • Address:
      2nd floor concourse 22 gate, Koraku 1-3-61, Bunkyo City

    • Hours:
      9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
