The Foreign Residents Support Center (FRESC) has started online consultation.

You can consult with FRESC about your status of residence, immigration procedures, etc., without visiting the office.

• Time :
  9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (Excluding the New-Year holidays)
• Language:
  Plain Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Nepali, Indonesian, Filipino, Thai, Portuguese and Spanish
  
  

Please make a reservation on the Internet.

• You get a reservation confirmation email after the consultation date/time has been fixed.
• Be sure to check your consultation date/time and URL for online consultation in the confirmation email.
• Please visit the URL when the time comes.
