This research aims to investigate the perceived workplace discrimination among non-Japanese workers in Japan, and how such experiences affect their quality of life.

The findings are expected to contribute to improving the health and working conditions of non-Japanese workers, enhancing support systems, and promoting social inclusion.

This study has been reviewed and approved by the Medical Ethics Review Committee of Institute of Science Tokyo.
The survey is targeted at non-Japanese workers with at least one year of work experience in Japan, regardless of employment type (contract types, full-time or part-time).

As a token of appreciation, an Amazon gift card (1,000 JPY) will be given to the respondents who provide email address.
