Mitake Gorge is located in Ome City, Tokyo, and lies upstream along the Tama River.
The river's water is crystal clear and exceptionally beautiful, and it has been selected as one of Japan's Top 100 Famous Waters. The area is also known for its large rocks and stunning natural scenery. In November, you can enjoy the sight of vibrant red maple leaves.
This time, we'll take a walking course of about 4 kilometers. It's an easy path that even children can enjoy at a relaxed pace.
Let's all walk together, enjoy the autumn nature, and have a great time!
【Who can come？】
Middle-school-aged and elementary-school-aged kids with international backgrounds living in Japan
【How many can come？】
Up to 20 (First come first serve)
【Where do we meet？】
You can choose between JR line Shinjuku station and JR line Kunitachi station.
The time of gathering and dismiss will change by the station, please be aware.
【How much does it cost?】
770 yen
You will also need some money for transportation (trains) and 210 yen（When it rains） for the admission fee to the Tamarokuto Science Center.
【What to bring？】
Bag pack, lunch, water bottle, tissue, hand towel, cap or hat, rain wear, money, IC Card for children (if you have one, for buses and trains), ｓunblock, insect repellent, plastic bags towel and picnic sheet.

【How to sign up?】
Please sign up using the form below. The form will be open from PM1:00 on Tueｓｄay, October 28ｔｈ to PM1:00 on Tueｓｄay, Ｎｏｖember 11th.
*Once you have completed the form, we will send you an email to inform you what to bring and when to gather by Thursday, November 13th.
