We offer a field trip program for children with international backgrounds, living in Japan who have few opportunities to experience day-out programs due to language burdens. They learn through experiences, such as buying their tickets and spending a day with their group mates using Japanese. It is a fun experience where you can deepen your understanding of Japanese culture and environment while spending time with friends from international backgrounds.
Where we go depends on the events. We usually gather at 2 places, Kunitachi Sta. & Shinjuku Sta.
The name "Mikkusu! (MIX!)" expresses our wish that our diversity of one's values are to be mixed and respected. The name is written in hiragana, so that it is easy to read for everyone.
【 Who can come？】
Middle-school-aged and elementary-school-aged kids with international backgrounds.
【Participation Fee】
Between 770 YEN to 1,100 Yen, depending on places to visit.
You will also need some money for transportation (trains) and tickets.
